Acquisition is First for JLL Income Property Trust in Pacific NW
JLL Income Property Trust has acquired Jory Trail at the Grove, a 324 unit apartment community in Wilsonville, OR, for $75 million. The 95% leased property represents the first investment in multi-family housing by JLL Income Property Trust. It represents the ninth multi-family invest for the REIT, whose portfolio now has $600 million invested in multi-family properties.
